Authentic Path Academy is operated by Paulina Daugirdaite, a sole trader based in Australia.

Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains how Authentic Path Academy collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you visit this website, book or purchase a coaching session, or participate in coaching services.

1. Information I Collect

I may collect personal information that you provide when interacting with Authentic Path Academy, including:

  • your name and email address;

  • contact and booking information;

  • payment and transaction information;

  • information you choose to provide when making an enquiry or booking;

  • information voluntarily shared during the coaching relationship;

  • limited coaching notes where appropriate to support continuity between sessions; and

  • technical information about your use of this website collected through cookies and analytics tools.

I aim to collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide and manage my coaching services.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your personal information may be used to:

  • schedule and manage coaching sessions;

  • communicate with you about your bookings and coaching;

  • process payments;

  • provide and improve coaching services;

  • maintain appropriate business and coaching records;

  • document coaching experience or hours for professional training or credentialing purposes;

  • meet legal, professional or regulatory obligations; and

  • understand and improve how visitors use this website.

I do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Coaching Confidentiality

What you share during coaching is treated as confidential.

Information about your coaching conversations will not be shared with third parties without your permission, except where disclosure is required or authorised by law, a valid legal process, or where there is an imminent or likely risk of serious harm to you or another person.

Limited notes may be taken during or following some coaching sessions to support continuity in the coaching process. I aim to keep these notes only for as long as they remain reasonably useful or are required for professional, legal or record-keeping purposes.

Coaching records and communications are handled in a manner intended to protect your confidentiality and privacy.

4. Professional Training & ICF Credentialing

As part of my professional coaching development, I may be required to maintain records of coaching experience or coaching hours for training or credentialing purposes, including with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

These records may include basic information such as your name, email address, dates of coaching and the number or duration of sessions.

The content of your coaching conversations will not be shared with the ICF for credentialing purposes unless you have separately given permission or disclosure is otherwise required.

Where verification of coaching hours is required, you may be contacted to confirm that coaching took place.

5. Third-Party Services

Authentic Path Academy uses trusted third-party providers to operate the website, manage bookings and process payments. These currently include:

  • Squarespace for website hosting and related website services;

  • Squarespace Scheduling / Acuity Scheduling for appointments;

  • Stripe and PayPal for payment processing; and

  • Google Analytics for website traffic and usage analytics.

When you use these services, some of your personal information may be processed by the relevant provider in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

Some providers may process or store information outside Australia. As international technology providers may use infrastructure in multiple countries, the exact location in which information is processed may vary.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

Authentic Path Academy does not directly collect or store your complete credit or debit card details. Your payment provider processes this information according to its own privacy and security practices.

I may retain transaction information such as your name, payment amount, date and payment status where required for business, accounting or legal purposes.

7. Cookies & Google Analytics

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly, remember preferences and understand how visitors use the website.

Google Analytics may collect information about your interaction with the website, such as pages visited, approximate location, device or browser information and how you arrived at the website.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Some website features may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.

Where required by applicable law, consent will be requested before non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used.

8. International Clients

Authentic Path Academy provides coaching to clients in Australia and internationally.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under the laws of your country or region. Where those laws apply to Authentic Path Academy, I will take reasonable steps to respect those rights and comply with applicable privacy requirements.

Because I use international technology and payment providers, your information may be processed or stored outside your country of residence.

9. How Your Information Is Protected

I take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or where it needs to be retained for legitimate business, accounting, professional or legal purposes.

When information is no longer reasonably required, I will take reasonable steps to securely delete or dispose of it.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable privacy law, you may have the right to:

  • request access to personal information held about you;

  • ask for inaccurate information to be corrected;

  • request deletion of certain personal information;

  • withdraw consent where processing is based on your consent; or

  • raise a concern about how your information has been handled.

Certain information may need to be retained despite a deletion request where it is reasonably required for legal, accounting, professional or legitimate business purposes.

To make a privacy request, please contact me using the details below.

11. Privacy Concerns & Complaints

If you have a question or concern about how your personal information has been handled, please contact me first so I can review and respond to your concern.

I will aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and take appropriate steps to resolve any issue.

Where applicable, you may also have the right to raise a privacy complaint with the relevant privacy or data protection authority in your country or region.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as Authentic Path Academy grows or as my services, technology providers or legal obligations change.
